Ignacio Tobar (San Fernando, Chile, 1973) es diseñador y artista visual. Ha desarrollado una práctica artística independiente en Chile y Suiza, con exposiciones y proyectos autogestionados vinculados a sus períodos de residencia y viaje. En 2022 realizó la Residencia Artística Chasa Torel, en Guarda, Suiza. Actualmente desarrolla su tesis del Magíster en Historia del Arte de la Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. Vive y trabaja en Concón, Región de Valparaíso, Chile.

Ignacio Tobar (San Fernando, Chile, 1973) is a designer and visual artist. He has developed an independent artistic practice in Chile and Switzerland, with self-organized exhibitions and projects connected to periods of travel and residence. In 2022, he undertook the Chasa Torel Artist Residency in Guarda, Switzerland. He is currently completing his MA thesis in Art History at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. He lives and works in Concón, Región de Valparaíso, Chile.
